Start with an explicit fit hypothesis. In this illustrative example, the seller is a B2B software company exploring Swiss enterprise accounts. The campaign brief specifies the use case, relevant company characteristics, target roles and exclusions. No company count is shown because this is a workflow demonstration rather than a completed campaign.
Each account needs a reason to belong. Research captures the company context, relevant operating issue and likely buying group. Contact enrichment then connects roles with professional contact details. Any unverified assumptions remain visible so the campaign does not build a personalised message around an invented fact.
A useful first message makes three things clear: why this account is relevant, what problem the offer addresses and what a sensible next conversation would cover. A demonstration opening might be: “We work with teams managing [specific process]. Is improving [relevant outcome] part of your remit?” This is a writing pattern to adapt, not a claim about a real customer.
Email can introduce the reason for contact. LinkedIn can help map responsibilities and establish a professional connection. A call can clarify ownership or continue a previous exchange. The sequence is chosen around the target accounts and agreed operating scope, rather than treating every contact as a mandatory three-channel sequence.
Before offering a meeting, review account fit, contact responsibility and the interest expressed. Share the conversation history, open questions and agreed next step with the sales team. If the prospect is not ready, record the reason and an appropriate follow-up point. If they decline further contact, respect that preference.
A live campaign report separates account research, verified contacts, outreach, replies, qualified interest and meetings. It also records what was learned about the segment and offer. This demonstration contains no performance data, client identity or implied outcome. Real client results will only be published with evidence and appropriate permission.
